If you decide to cook yourself you’ll be provided with all necessary utensil and equipment. Besides all our apartments are located in the city center area so that you can easily find restaurants and cafes close to your lodging.

Does the rental price change depending on the number of tenants?
No, the price does not change. Please note that in the section “Apartments” on our site you can enquire the number of berths in the apartment.

Can I get my money back if I have to leave sooner than I initially planned?
If you need to leave sooner because of some reasons the rest of the payment can be returned to you on the stipulation that you warn us 2 days before you leave.

Will I be charged the brokerage?
Our company act without middlemen and does not charge any brokerage. All of the apartments represented on our site fully belong to our company.

What exactly do I pay for while renting the apartment?
The rental payment includes providing with a usufruct of a rented apartment and all the leasehold inside of it for the paid period. As well as all exploitation and public utilities expenses, housekeeping and bed linen replacement (once a week). All taxes are included into the apartment price. Check out time at 12 p.m.
