- RESERVATION OF A FURNISHED APARTMENT IN KHARKOV
First of all you need to select the apartment and fill in the reservation form.
minimum rental period should not be shorter than 3 nights. Otherwise we
can reserve a similar to selected apartment if a selected one is not
- PREPAYMENT OF THE APARTMENT
Apartment is considered to be booked after your deposit had been received.
reserve apartment we require a 80USD prepayment that will be included
in the total rent price. We do not need prepayment only from constant
customers. All customers who do prepayment will be the first provided
with apartment. If we do not have prepayment from you then we do not
give you warranty about reservation. We have a lot of ways to accept
payments, please read our Payment Policy.
- PAYMENT PROCESS
You can pay for the whole rent term in cash at your arrival to the apartment. You can also pay with your credit card.

You should pay for the whole term and not for 2 or 3 days because the
apartment will be reserved for another customer immediately. Please read
our Payment Policy to find out how you can pay.
- CANCELLATION and REFUND POLICY
Make sure of your plans before booking
recommend you to duly plan your trip before booking an apartment. We
have to refuse to other clients interested in the apartment for
conflicting periods. If you decide to cancel your booking at any time,
booking deposit will not be refunded. For some apartments rent payment
will not be refunded in case you decide to leave the apartment prior to
the date agreed during booking. Reservation payment can not be refunded
in case you didn’t show up.
- OUR SERVICE
You don’t have to pay any extra money for our service
will not be charged extra for our service. We get 2-7% of the rent
price from real estate agencies and private landlords whose apartments
are selected by our service according the following criteria:
- Excellent condition
- Low or moderate price
- Convenient location
- High security level
- Good feed back from previous clients
- CHECK-In and CHECK-Out Policy
We try to make checks-in and checks-out as flexible as possible in order to save your money
time - 1:00 pm (13:00). Sometimes we have customers at 6 a.m., in this
case you should reserve apartment for 1 more night and we will keep
apartment for you. But if the apartment is vacant you can check-in
before 1 p.m. without any additional payment. Otherwise you’ll have to
wait till 12:00 or 13:00
Check out time - 12 p.m. (12:00) but if
we have customers who arrive at 4 p.m. and later then you can stay 1-3
hours more. Late check-out till 8 p.m. will be charged half apartment
rate, after 20.00 - the full apartment rate. Late check-out is available
if this apartment has not reservation for this date.
- LATE RESERVATION
Late reservations are also possible with our Automatic Reservation System
make your reservation as early as possible, as we’ll need to check our
schedule. If you cannot wait for our confirmation through e-mail then
please do the following:

- PREVIEW OF APARTMENTS
It is possible to preview the apartment before your arrival

them. If your friends, relatives, representative want to see apartment
we can provide review of available apartments only. Sometimes it is not
possible because all apartments occupied and you can see them at check
out time only. And we cannot show apartments while our clients stay
there. So you can book apartments by looking through their digital
- WHAT RENTAL PRICE INCLUDES
The prices include all taxes.
There are no other hidden charges or fees.
Bed and kitchen accessories, bed linen, towels, iron and iron-board.
Hot, cold water and public utilities, local phone calls (Kharkov numbers).
Once-a-week apartment cleaning and bed-linen replacement.
Additional cleaning services are available upon request for extra charge.
After your arrival you should check if everything works and you are
satisfied with apartments condition. On the day of your departure our
manager will come to check everything and pick up the keys. If he finds
any damage we’ll have to charge you for this. We respect you and expect
the same from you.
